PERIODONTOLOGY - TOOTHMEDIC DISEASES

It is the department that deals with inflammatory diseases and their treatment of soft and hard tissues surrounding teeth.

Even healthy teeth that do not rot because of gum disease can be lost. Gingival diseases are mainly caused by bacteria plaque and teeth stones that accumulate on the teeth. Regular dental care and dental hygiene are needed to protect against gum disease.

The tooth loss caused by the gingivitis is much more than the tooth loss caused by the decay.

ESTHETIC DENTISTRY

Various solutions are offered in our clinic not only for oral and dental health problems, but also for oral and dental aesthetics.

In order to provide aesthetic and natural smile and to relieve the lack of teeth, our clinic has laminate veneers, gingival arrangements, bleaching methods, bonding, zirconium porcelain tooth applications.

DENTAL IMPLANTS

It is artificial tooth roots prepared from titanium in order to replace the missing teeth in the mouth. Titanium is a tissue-friendly material that does not harm human health. After the radiological examination of the jaw bone, the implants made with accurate planning and measurements increase the quality of life by providing great comfort to the patient.

PEDODONTI - CHILDREN DENTISTRY

Filling, channel treatment, amputation, fissure (clotting) covering applications are made to the milk and permanent teeth of the children.

Milk teeth are more prone to rot than permanent teeth. Nutrition, oral care and tooth structure are important in the tooth decay in children. However, since the consumption of sugar and carbohydrates, which have a high rate of caries in adults compared to adults, is very high, milk teeth that are weak in structure can rapidly decompose. For this reason, care of the milk teeth should be done very well.

ENDODONTICS

It is a method of filling the teeth root to treat advanced tooth decay.

ORAL AND JAE SURGERY

Implants, jaw tumors and fractures, jaw abscesses and cysts, tissues are treated before prosthesis and orthodontic treatments.

JOINT DISEASES

There are treatments for eliminating joint and muscle aches caused by grinding teeth and squeezing teeth at night.

PROTECTIVE DENTISTRY

Fissure sealants and flourid applications are applied to prevent tooth decay.

TEETH WHITENING

Dental features and color disturbances that can lead to many complaints and many problems and the appearance of the teeth connected to them are important.

The development of aesthetic and restorative materials in oral and dental health ensures that many color, shape and positional disorders can be easily resolved.

Coloring which can not be removed by surface cleaning processes such as tooth brushing or cleaning of teeth stones, caused by the structure of the teeth and causing bad appearance, is removed by bleaching method.

With the whitening system you can get an average of 8 times more white teeth. Applied with Light Emitting Diode (LED) light source and special whitening gel, this new system is the product of a very advanced technology.

This professional system, which is applied in three cycles of 20 minutes, lets you relax with your white teeth in your comfortable chair within 1 hour.

The Bleaching System, which has proved its reliability with clinical researches made in America, does not harm tooth enamel and fillings.

Laser bleaching of colored teeth is a cheap, easy, harmless and painless solution.

LAMINATE VENEERS

This procedure is three steps to completion;
• On the first appointment, you work on the laughing design you want to have, with the computer-assisted laughing design, among the many laughs you decide to choose the laugh that you want to have.
• On your next visit, your teeth will be shaped and modeled, and at this stage they will be tested in your mouth to determine if it is appropriate.
• On your last visit, the porcelain veneers with the color setting are glued.

Porcelain laminate veneers are the most effective and most conservative method that can be applied to change tooth color, size and shape. They are adhered to the front tooth surface to mask poor colorations or to change tooth shape and are resistant to re-coloring.

Porcelain laminate veneers are very thin porcelain foliage and are bonded to the front faces of the teeth with a process called bonding. This procedure is like an attachment nail.

Laminate veneers can be an ideal solution for you to change your smile and make it more pleasant. It is an operation that does not require anesthesia. In addition, it has a high resistance to coffee, tea and even cigarette colors after it is made and does not color again. In terms of aesthetics, it is too high to compare with other restorative options.

PROTECTIVE TOOTH TREATMENT
• Zirconium Porcelains

Durable and tooth-colored zirconium porcelain teeth differ from metal bridges in that zirconium is used instead of metal as a white alloy. This infrastructure, the product of the latest technology, is the only material with the ability to offer aesthetics and durability together. The greatest advantage of this system is that it achieves a very aesthetic look at the bridges in the rear region with very high durability and achieves the closest appearance to the natural tooth.

Zirconium porcelains do not have the light-shielding properties like metal coatings. They spend their daylight like natural teeth.

TOTAL- PARTIAL PROSTHESES
• Total Prostheses

Total dentures are an application that can be done if there are no teeth in your mouth. It is a prosthesis called 'palate prosthesis' which is produced in acrylic and which can be kept in the mouth by vacuum force by supporting over the remaining bone tissue in the upper and lower selenium. It is difficult to use under normal conditions, and the application area is found where the specific health conditions that can not be implanted are valid. It is necessary to defeat it every 5 years. For health reasons, using porcelain teeth in total prostheses is not generally correct, so plastic teeth are used, but they can cause coloring. This can be done with special preparations sold in pharmacies to remove your prosthesis.

• Partial Prosthesis

The partial prosthesis completes the smile by filling in the gaps created by missing teeth. The partial prosthesis, however, helps you to perform the function of chewing which is not only aesthetically but functionally and not happening properly due to missing teeth. It also helps you to pronounce the words more properly by eliminating the phonetic problems that occur when you talk together. It also provides support of the lost tissue due to lack of teeth, supporting the lips and cheeks, and the collapses and sags that occur in the face can also be eliminated.

Where is the laser applied to mouth and dental hygiene?

With the new tooth lasers, both soft tissue (palate) and hard tissue (tooth mine) operations can be performed easily.

ORTHODONTICS

Prevention of tooth and jaw chafing is diagnosis and treatment. Skewed teeth lead to mouth closure, chewing and aesthetic disturbances.

Why Orthodontic Disorders Occur?
• Hereditary factors
• Congenital anomalies (cleft palate, etc.)
• Due to malfunctions (mouth breathing, etc.)
• Harmful habits (finger sucking, prolonged breast, etc.)
• Premature loss of milk teeth due to bruising, etc.
• Due to trauma such as tooth creaking, falling, bumping

Why should orthodontic disorders be treated?
• Smooth teeth and jaws are integral parts of a good facial aesthetic and a beautiful smile.
• Helps the bite to bite, chew and speak effectively,
• Reduced susceptibility to gum disease and tooth decay,
• Reduce the occurrence of functional problems such as jaw joint disorders.

When should orthodontic examination be done?

Orthodontic treatment can be applied at any age. However, since there are problems especially concerning jaws, it is advisable for the children to be brought to the examination site before they can enter the age of meeting to benefit from growth and development.

It is best to have children enter an orthodontic check as soon as the jaw or tooth structure is noticeable. Prophylactic and preventive orthodontic treatments that can be applied at an early age can prevent disorders that may require extensive treatment in the future with relatively simple and short-term interventions.

Orthodontic treatments to be performed at advanced ages can usually be corrected with orthodontic surgery.
